Criminal liability Minimum wage Wage manipulation, non-payment or withholding of wages

Under this Article, any businessperson, intermediary or workshop owner, who destroys or tampers with the mandatory documentation or records set forth under the Law, in order to avoid paying salaries, or to pay salaries below the minimum wages authorised by the Law, may be punished with 6 months to 2 years of imprisonment.
