Under Article 405, children (minors under the age of 18) are prohibited from performing night work, and from engaging in unhealthy or dangerous activities.
Article 404 – Minors under eighteen (18) years of age are prohibited to perform night work, considered that as the work performed between 10p.m. and 5a.m.
Article 405 – Minors under eighteen (18) years of age are prohibited to work in places that are considered dangerous or unhealthy, or in locations or services prejudicial to their morality.
