Article 360 criminalises the fraudulent obtention of a license, passport, or any other public document issued by a public authority.

Text

Article 360. Whoever fraudulently gets, for themselves or others, a passport, a license or any instrument issued by a public official shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding ten thousand Qatari Riyals (QR 10.000).

The Penal Code sets out a number of provisions making it a criminal offence to abduct, detain or deprive any person of their freedom, to deal in slaves or to force a person to work. It also criminalizes a number of practices that tend to be connected to human trafficking, such as money laundering or fraud.
