For the purposes of Division 12, Subdivision C (i.e. sections 245AA to 245AP), a person is exploited if the person is subjected to exploitation within the meaning of the Criminal Code (see section 271.1A of the Criminal Code).

245AH  Meaning of exploited

For the purposes of this Subdivision, a person is exploited if the person is subjected to exploitation within the meaning of the Criminal Code (see section 271.1A of the Criminal Code).
